Tucumán Building, Gta. Mar Caribe 1 – Grupo Vips

Commercialization of the 6,500 m2 office building located at the Gta. Caribbean Sea 1 next to the Campo de las Naciones.

The marketing included the entire commercial area of the building of approximately 1,500 m2 . distributed in 3 independent commercial premises.

With our advice, during the construction phase and before the delivery of the building, an agreement was reached with GRUPO VIPS for the entire commercial area of the building with the implementation of three of its franchises (Vips, Ginos and WoK).
