TC Gabinete Inmobiliario successfully closes the lease of half a floor of office space located in a mansion at Velázquez 24, having advised both the property owner and the future tenant. It is a 400 m² space on the 4th floor of the building with views over the Barrio Salamanca, which will become the headquarters of the first lobbying consultancy Cariotipo MH5.
