TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advises the Eurostone fund on the sale of a building located at Via Augusta 59 in Barcelona to the real estate management company AEW.

The turnkey/Build to Rent (B2R) operation contemplates the delivery of the office building (16,700^m2) totally refurbished for residential use, which will have 91 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, three commercial spaces and 130 parking spaces.

The investment volume of the operation was 75 Mill. €.
