Wint Building, Bros. García Noblejas 43 – Altafit

Commercialization of the 8,000 m2 office building located on the street Bros. Garcia Noblejas 43 in the business area “Julián Camarillo”.

The marketing included the entire ground floor commercial area of approximately 2,000 m2 .

With our advice approx. 1,600 m2 of this area was leased by the low cost gym chain ALTAFIT and 400 m2 to an Asian restaurant group.
