TC Gabinete Inmobiliario successfully advised the owner on the lease of an office space located on the 11th floor of the Master’s I building, situated at Av. del General Perón 38, in Madrid’s AZCA financial district.

Auren, an international firm specialized in professional services in auditing, consulting, and legal and tax advisory, has chosen this strategic location to establish a new corporate office. The leased space (520 sqm), stands out for its abundant natural light and elevated position within the building, providing privileged views and a high-comfort working environment.

The Master’s I building is located in one of the most consolidated business areas of the capital, steps away from Nuevos Ministerios and the Santiago Bernabéu stadium. It offers parking facilities, excellent public transport connections, and a wide range of nearby amenities.
