TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advises Aberdeen Standard on the acquisition of a turnkey building of 160 homes in the new residential area Mahou-Calderón in Madrid.

Aberdeen acquires a building on one of the most desirable plots in the Mahou-Calderón area, the last large pocket of land available within the M-30, for 90 million.

The English fund is committed to the residential “Build to Rent” and with the advice of TC Gabinete Inmobiliario closes its first transaction of this profile in Spain and acquires one of the two most desirable locations within the area owned by Azora and CBRE Global Investors.

It was precisely TC Gabinete Inmobiliario who months before advised Azora and CBRE Global Investors in the acquisition from Club Atletico de Madrid of the two best plots in the area located on the front line of Madrid Río on the land of the old Vicente Calderón stadium.
