Catella AM Iberia, on behalf of Catella Real Estate AG, has successfully completed the turnkey purchase agreement for a listed residential building in the Ensanche de Vallecas residential area for EUR 22 million.
The development, which is located in the heart of Ensanche de Vallecas, a fully consolidated area with excellent communications and services, will have 148 one- and two-bedroom homes, 152 parking spaces, a 300 m2 commercial space and a spectacular communal rooftop swimming pool.
The operation, which was carried out off-market, it has been advised by the consulting firm TC Gabinete Inmobiliariowhich has become one of the main real estate agents within the “build to rent” segment“ having advised on some of the most relevant operations in this sector, such as the purchase by AEW of a turnkey residential building of 11,500 m2 in Via Augusta 59 of Barcelona, the purchase by Aberdeen of 160 homes in the Mahou-Calderón area, and the sale to AXA of the land portfolio “La Caixa”.build to rent” TECTUM of almost 1,000 homes in Madrid.
