TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advises Tectum on the purchase of a new land in Torrejón de Ardoz to promote the rental of 86 homes.

The new operation will be added to the more than 1,300 homes already being developed in the metropolitan area of Madrid to promote affordable rentals.

The development, located in the Aldovea area, in full growth within the municipality, will include one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, where future tenants will be able to enjoy parking spaces and common areas such as a swimming pool, playground and green areas. In addition, the building will include commercial space.
