TC Gabinete Inmobiliario advises AEW, a real estate fund manager belonging to the Natixis group, in the purchase of 216 turnkey build to rent homes signed with Metrovacesa for an amount close to 50 million euros.
Through this transaction, Metrovacesa will develop these homes and AEW will use them for rental housing. Specifically, the asset will be divided between two different residential buildings.
Moreras Torre, the first of these, will house 155 units distributed over 21 floors and will be equipped with a swimming pool, paddle tennis court and multi-purpose rooms with panoramic views of the Marina de València and the City of Arts and Sciences.
On the other hand, Metrovacesa will develop another residential complex of 51 homes, spread over 11 floors, equipped with a swimming pool and a multipurpose room.
Both projects have a privileged location in the Moreras area, near the Port of Valencia and the City of Arts and Sciences. Construction work will begin soon and is expected to be completed in 2023.
